The significant Szczecin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra is an ensemble cons isting of 90 exquisite musicians. One of the advantages of their concerts is undoubtedly the great acoustics of the golden Symphony Hall in Małopolska Street. In the 2016/ 17 artistic season, many well-known artists performed together with t he orchestra: i.a. Gábor Boldoczki, Tabea Zimmermann, Christian Tetzlaff, Franc esco Tristano, Terence Blanchard and Matt hew Herbert.
It has been a fant astic journey so far, and I can’t wait to present our second season. Our audience can look forward to a lot of beautiful and innovativ e programing with exciting and excellent guest conductors, guest artists and soloists.
Rune Bergmann, Artistic Director and Principal Conductor
