Newsletter subscription and processing of personal data
The data administrator is Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin with its head office in Szczecin, ul. Małopolska 48. Disclosing of the data is entirely voluntary and the data will be used to: identify the clients of the Philharmonic and communicate with them, promote and present the offers of the Philharmonic, as well as run and award promotional campaigns, advertised via individual messages. Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin does not disclose personal data to any third parties. Any person submitting their personal data has the right to control the processing of this data, according to the provisions of Chapter 4 of the Act of 29th August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws Dz.U. 2002, No 101 item 926), and in particular to access their data and to amend or change it. The person completing the form confirms that they have accepted this information, have fully understood it and have accepted its provisions, and also that the personal data provided by them is true.
Cancellation of receiving offers / information
If a user does not want to receive offers / information sent by the Philharmonic, they may unsubscribe. To do so, you should click on the link allowing you to log out, which is included in every information and marketing correspondence sent to you. You may also inform us at newsletter@filharmonia.szczecin.pl that you wish to cancel your subscription to marketing correspondence.
BOOKING AND TICKET PURCHASE
Personal data
Providing your personal data is necessary to book or purchase a ticket via the Internet. Each user may also express their wish to receive special offers and information which we send as newsletters.
User Profile and Internet booking
The data is stored in your user profile and in your booking history. Creating a user profile is not necessary to make a booking or to purchase a ticket via the Internet.
When booking via the Internet you need to provide your first name, surname, address, and electronic mail address to which the booking confirmation and unique booking code will be sent.
Ticket purchase via the Internet
A user may purchase a ticket via the Internet. The transaction is made during a session using the secure SSL connection protocol. In order for the transaction to be secure, all data concerning the form of payment – the number of the credit card or the number of the bank account – provided by the User during the purchase is not stored or used in any manner. The payment is made via the external operator Dial Com 24 Sp. z o.o.
