Concerts in May canceled

Tickets returns for March, April and May concerts

All persons who purchased concert tickets organized by the Philharmonic from March 11th to May 31th, 2020 can return them.

The Ticket Office of the Philharmonic inside the building will be closed. Returns concerning concerts organized by the Philharmonic scheduled from March 11th to 31st will now be accepted only by email. People who bought tickets electronically via the filharmonia.szczecin.pl website will receive a refund to the account from which the purchase was made. Please contact the Ticket Office of the Philharmonic by email: kasa@filharmonia.szczecin.pl.

Due to the situation and the inability to return tickets at the Ticket Office of the Philharmonic, the time for making a refund will be extended until Juni 30th, 2020.

Depending on the circumstances, this period may be extended further. We will keep you updated on any changes.

The hotline at (+48) 539 949 454 will be open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00.
