Bernard Maseli – is undoubtedly the most famous vibraphonist in Poland, a composer, arranger, music producer and respected teacher.
He graduated from the Jazz and Popular Music Department of the Karol Szymanowski Music Academy in Katowice, where since 1990, he has also been a lecturer (with the title of full professor). His first original project – The Globetrotters – was founded together with the saxophonist Jerzy Główczewski and the vocalist Kuba Badach in 1999. They have recorded four albums so far and played over five hundred concerts. They also performed with the famous percussionist Nippy Noya. Maseli is the producer of all albums of the group and the album Tylko Chopin by Lora Szafran, and Melodies by Anna Serafińska.
He is an author and arranger of many compositions, including radio productions. He took part in the recording of over sixty albums, among others, with Krzysztof Preisner and Anna Maria Jopek with Pat Metheny.
