Mateusz Czarnowski

Mateusz CzarnowskiMateusz Czarnowski – born in 1987 in Aleksandrów Kujawski; composer, arranger, instrumentalist, and leader of folk bands – Bubliczki and Pioun; studied music education (specialisation: choral conducting) at the Academy of Art in Szczecin. Additionally, he is an employee of the Philharmonic Education Centre in Szczecin. Mr Czarnowski is a scholarship holder of the President of the City of Szczecin, the Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (2017) and the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (2018) for the implementation of projects related to the revitalisation of West Pomeranian music. He is also the music producer of the albums "Opaa!" (2010), "Trubalkan" (2013) and "Turbofolk" (2016). Ethno-enthusiast and promoter of traditional Kashubian and West Pomeranian culture.
