Audition will take place on 18-06-2026, 11:00 at Szczecin Philharmonic chamber hall. Szczecin Philharmonic will provide an accompanist for auditions.
Type of employment: employment contract / full-time (1.0)
Base salary for this position is PLN 6,500.00 gross. The Philharmonic applies a point-based (quota) system. The standard quota is 24 points (for example, a symphonic concert equals 12 points).
Each point above the standard quota increases the base salary by +1%.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Szczecin Philharmonic will provide an accompanist for auditions.
After the recruitment process and selection of the best candidate, an employment contract (temporary replacement) will be concluded.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A degree in higher music education, minimum bachelor's (specialization: instrumental performance – viola)
Professional orchestral experience and familiarity with the symphonic repertoire are highly desirable
