Donuta Extra

As part of Donuta Extra, the orchestra led by Bartłomiej Orłowski, a graduate of the Academy of Art in Szczecin, guitarist of the Szczecin band CHORZY, as well as a teacher and founder of the Akukulele school, will take part.

As it turns out, the ukulele is a great melodic or solo instrument. Playing, but also listening to pieces performed on this instrument is a way of relaxing for both children and adults. During the mini concert, only good sounds will be heard, which affect not only our well-being, but also our health.

Donuta is a series of chamber concerts designed specifically for preschool and early school-age listeners. Thanks to the unique format of these concerts, children can actively participate in musical journeys that enrich their experiences and teach active listening and sensitivity to sounds. Music performed live is the heart of these events, combining theory with practice in a way that is accessible and understandable for the youngest audience.

Music is not just a source of pleasure, but also a powerful tool for stimulating children's development. As Plato eloquently put it, Music is the soul of the universe, wings of the mind, flight of imagination, and all life. This concert series is not only a wonderful opportunity to foster children's love for music but also a chance to engage in active play based on a carefully selected repertoire. Children have the opportunity not only to listen to music but also to participate in musical games that stimulate their creativity and help them understand various aspects of the art of sound.
