In connection with the decision to suspend the functioning of cultural institutions, we decided to cancel all April events and concerts at the Philharmonic. Bearing in mind your comfort and safety, we have decided to close the building. The Ticket Office of the Philharmonic will also be closed. We will keep you updated on changes in decisions regarding the functioning of the Philharmonic. In the meantime, we will be with you through our YouTube and Facebook channels.
Tickets returns for March and April concerts
All persons who purchased concert tickets organized by the Philharmonic from March 11th to April 30th, 2020 can return them.
The Ticket Office of the Philharmonic inside the building will be closed. Returns concerning concerts organized by the Philharmonic scheduled from March 11th to 31st will now be accepted only by email. People who bought tickets electronically via the filharmonia.szczecin.pl website will receive a refund to the account from which the purchase was made. Please contact the Ticket Office of the Philharmonic by email: kasa@filharmonia.szczecin.pl.
Due to the situation and the inability to return tickets at the Ticket Office of the Philharmonic, the time for making a refund will be extended until May 29th, 2020.
Depending on the circumstances, this period may be extended further. We will keep you updated on any changes.
The hotline at (+48) 539 949 454 will be open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00.

External events scheduled at the Philharmonic in Szczecin from March 11th to April 30th, 2020 will also not take place. We are in constant contact with their organizers, and the information updated regularly can be found THERE.
