Natalia Kukulska

Natalia Kukulska is the daughter of the legend of the Polish music scene, singer Anna Jantar and composer Jarosław Kukulski. What is more, she is a well-known and highly valued Polish singer. She is also the author of the lyrics and the co-author of the songs she performs. Privately, she is the wife of Michał Dąbrówka – one of the best Polish drummers.

Associated with music from the age of 7, when her hit albums Natalia, and Bajki Natalki were released (over two million copies sold). Kukulska's first "adult" album, Światło, released in 1996, became a great success almost immediately. It was also the case with the singer's subsequent albums. Known hits, such as "Im Więcej Ciebie Tym Mniej" or "W Biegu", have become a permanent part of the canon of Polish popular music.

Natalia Kukulska was and is appreciated by both the audience and the critics. She is a laureate of Telekamera, the Polish Television Award for the Individuality of the Year. In addition, she has been repeatedly hailed as the "Vocalist of the Year" by radio stations and trade magazines. She has as many as 12 nominations for the Fryderyk Award, which in 2019 was awarded to the acoustic album Szukaj w snach, recorded with the jazz guitarist Marek Napiórkowski.

The artist also enjoys excellent recognition in the music world and regularly collaborates with international music legends. As the first singer from Poland, Natalia performed during the Christmas Gala in the Vatican Natale in Vaticano alongside such stars as Lauryn Hill and Ronan Keating. Furthermore, at the personal invitation of the outstanding tenor Jose Carreras, the artist performed at the German Charity Gala broadcast in 2001 with the English version of the song "Im Więcej Ciebie Tym Mniej". The gala also featured, among others, Sarah Brightman, Zucchero and Andrea Bocelli. A few months later, the singer sang with the famous tenor in a duet during his concert in Warsaw.

The essential collaborations include the recording of a joint song and concerts with the Dutch duo R'n'G, a performance with one of the world's most famous gospel choirs – the Harlem Gospel Choir in Warsaw and Rome, and a duet with Lemar during the Sopot Festival, as well as long-term cooperation with one of the best string quartets in the world – Atom String Quartet, which we often host in the golden hall of the Philharmonic.
