Regulations for booking tickets for educational concerts at the Philharmonic. Mieczysław Karłowicz in Szczecin
§1 General provisions
These Regulations specify the rules for booking tickets for educational concerts organized by the Philharmonic. Mieczysław Karłowicz in Szczecin (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").
For the purposes of the Regulations, the term "educational concert" means school concerts and "Donuta" chamber concerts organized by the Philharmonic. Mieczysław Karłowicz in Szczecin (hereinafter referred to as the "Philharmonic" in the Regulations), in which listeners participate.
Purchasing or booking a ticket for educational concerts constitutes acceptance of these Regulations and the obligation to apply them.
Whenever the Regulations refer to the Philharmonic's ticket office, it means the ticket office located at the Philharmonic's headquarters at ul. Małopolska 48, 70-515 Szczecin, open:
- from Tuesday to Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
- on Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
- on Saturdays from 12:00 to 16:00;
- and one hour before the ticketed event organized by the Philharmonic;
Whenever the Regulations refer to the Philharmonic's website, it means the website available at: filharmonia.szczecin.pl.
§2 Types of tickets and discounts for educational concerts
The Philharmonic sells the following types of tickets for educational concerts:
- ticket for the guardian; at the price of PLN 1;
- child's ticket; for PLN 25;
- ON ticket for a child with a disability certificate; for PLN 10.
When making a reservation, the guardian must report the number of people with a disability certificate.
The Philharmonic does not issue tickets with an assigned seat.
§3 Reservation
Ticket reservations are accepted by the Philharmonic box office.
Tickets for events can only be booked via the application form available on the Philharmonic website.
In order to make a reservation, it is necessary to provide the following information:
- date, time and type of educational concert;
- name and number of the school;
- name and surname of the group leader;
- contact telephone number and e-mail address of the guardian;
- if you wish to receive a VAT invoice – all necessary data, in accordance with applicable law, to issue a VAT invoice;
- the number of children with an indication of the number of people with a disability certificate and guardians.
Refusal to provide the data specified in section 3 or incorrect data makes it impossible to make a reservation.
Submitting the application form does not constitute making a reservation. Within 14 days of sending the form, the Philharmonic will confirm the reservation or inform the person making the reservation that it is not possible to make a reservation on the terms indicated in the form, indicating the reasons.
One reservation can only be made for one class.
The final number of people must be determined and all reserved tickets must be paid no later than 7 days before the educational concert.
The reservation can be paid in person at the Philharmonic ticket office (cash, card, Blik) or by transfer after receiving a VAT invoice issued to the business entity.
If payment is not made 7 days before the educational concert, the reservation is automatically canceled.
§4 Returns
The Philharmonic reserves the right to change the repertoire.
The Philharmonic does not accept ticket returns.
In the event of cancellation of an educational concert, the Philharmonic returns the entire amount paid to the purchaser; payment made by transfer is returned to the bank account from which the payment was made, payment made at the Philharmonic's box office is refunded, based on the proof of purchase, at the Philharmonic's box office.
If the purchase of the ticket is confirmed with a VAT invoice, the basis for the refund is the buyer's acceptance of receiving the correction of the VAT invoice. The Philharmonic may withhold the refund of the ticket price until it receives a signed VAT invoice correction.
§5 Personal data
By providing the Philharmonic with their personal data during the reservation, the interested party consents to their storage and processing by the Philharmonic for the purpose of booking tickets, purchasing tickets, and necessary contact between the parties.
Personal data received by the Philharmonic is not transferred to third parties.

Mieczysław Karłowicz in Szczecin as the personal data controller in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council /EU/ 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 /46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L2016, No. 119, p.1).

§6 Final provisions
The Philharmonic has the right to refuse entry to the auditorium if you are late for the event.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the event and report to the Philharmonic box office to inform your group about the arrival.
The group enters the room after reporting the school number to the ticket collectors for verification with the reservation list.

These Regulations enter into force on September 2, 2024.
