Just as Andy Warhol had the Arts Factory, they have their Sound Factory. Sound Factory Orchestra is a combination of traditional sounds with modern technology, as well as bold music and video processing while performing songs.
Multi-channel sound projection is combined with visualisations, as well as live-video and stage lighting arrangements. It also involves an innovative approach to synchronizing the conductor, musicians and the rich layer of live electronics.
A concert of this Wrocław ensemble is not only an encounter with fresh and unpredicted sounds, it is also a spectacle. This multimedia project was created in 2009 at the Karol Lipiński Music Academy under the direction of Robert Kurdybacha – a conductor and academic lecturer. Sound Factory Orchestra musicians are great craftspeople with vivid imagination and exceptional artistic courage.
