Juliusz Wesołowski

Graduated with honors from the G. and K. Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź in the class of Beata Tarnowicz-Kamińska, MA. Winner of harp competitions in Stockholm, Prague, Atlanta, Kharkov and winner of competitions in Hong Kong, St. Petersburg, Norrköping, as well as in Cieszyn – Grand Prix, Stockholm, Salzburg, Berlin andBydgoszcz. Winner of the Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for outstanding artistic achievements, as well as the Young Poland award for 2018.

He works with the Koszalin Philharmonic (since 2018) and the Szczecin Philharmonic (since 2024) as a harp soloist. The musician's repertoire includes a wide range of compositions, from baroque to contemporary music. As a soloist and orchestral musician, he cooperates with many symphony orchestras in the country (Łódź Philharmonic, Opole Philharmonic, Sudeten Philharmonic, Polish Baltic Philharmonic in Gdańsk, Polish Sinfonia Baltica Philharmonic in Słupsk, Polish Chamber Philharmonic Sopot, Lublin Philharmonic, Kalisz Philharmonic, Płock Symphony Orchestra, Świętokrzyska Philharmonic, Szczecin Philharmonic). He also made several recordings for Polish Radio and Television.

The artist's achievements include concerts and recitals, among others. in: Kharkov, Warsaw, Poznań, Kraków, Katowice, Łódź, Opole, Kalisz, Koszalin, Wrocław, Szczecin, Gdańsk and Gdynia.
