One of Poland’s most charismatic vocalists invites you into the world of music that shaped her artistic identity.

Paulina Przybysz returns to her roots – to the jazz and soul that filled her childhood home with the voices of Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, and Billie Holiday. Yet Insides, the project to be presented at this concert, is far more than a nostalgic tribute. Here, John Coltrane, Sun Ra, and Dizzy Gillespie meet a musical sensibility shaped by hip-hop, R&B, and decades of artistic exploration. Drawing boldly on classic standards, Przybysz reimagines them in her own distinctive, mature voice.

On the Szczecin stage, Przybysz will perform with an exceptional quintet featuring some of the leading musicians of the new generation of Polish jazz: Marek Pędziwiatr (piano, synthesisers), Tymon Kosma (vibraphone), Olaf Węgier (tenor saxophone), Krzysztof Baranowski (double bass), and Wiktoria Jakubowska (drums). These are musicians with whom she shares similar inspirations, extensive studio and stage experience, and, above all, a common artistic vision and understanding of the project's central idea. In this ensemble, respect for the jazz tradition meets fearless experimentation.

This concert will be more than simply the Szczecin premiere of a new repertoire. It will be an encounter with an artist who, after years of creative experience, tells her own story through the language of music, revealing the very sources of her unique artistic voice.
