On weekend mornings, we invite you to the Philharmonic for unique workshops designed for our youngest aspiring artists, where our musicians and educators will do their best to rise to the challenges of children’s imagination.
The
Raniutto workshops offer a wonderful opportunity to encounter classical music in a delightfully un-serious way. During a shared journey through history, participants discover fascinating stories from the lives of great composers. Under the guidance of experienced facilitators, they explore the wide variety of sounds produced by instruments found in chamber ensembles.
But that is not all! Throughout the workshops, children take part in interactive rhythm and listening games that help develop musical sensitivity and coordination. With enthusiasm and energy, the workshop leaders share their knowledge through songs, activities, and play, creating an atmosphere full of joy and inspiration. Assisting them is a very important companion – the workshops’ mascot, the wise Mr Karłowicz.
The
Raniutto workshops are an unforgettable journey into the world of music, stimulating imagination and nurturing a lifelong passion for discovering the art of sound and melody.
Our workshop leaders are
Natalia Wesołowska – a cellist with the Szczecin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, musician, and animator from Szczecin – and
Bartłomiej Orłowski, a ukulele teacher, educator, and composer.
The
Raniutto workshops are intended for children aged 1-6 and take place:
- at 9:00 for children aged 1-2,
- at 10:30 for children aged 3-4,
- at 12:00 for children aged 5-6.
All workshops held within a given month follow the same programme and scenario.
