Level 4 Gallery
The spacious exhibition area is located directly under the fascinating geometric roof with characteristic skylights, brightening this zone with natural light. This space's ascetic white, yet extraordinary plasticity, creates vast possibilities for arrangement, allowing for the realization of various forms and interdisciplinary activities. On many occasions, Level 4 has hosted painters, photographers, and artists representing other fields of visual arts – sculptors, performers, and creators of interactive or multimedia installations.
There have been works by, among others, Chris Niedenthal, Szymon Brodziak, Jarosław Eysmont, Zofia Rydet, Tadeusz Rolke, Stefan Krygier, Oskar Zieta, Wojciech Brewka, Ryszard Horowitz or Helmut Newton were presented in the Level 4 Gallery.
Artistic Season 2025/2026
RUNO, although it may escape the eye, forms the foundation of life and the processes within the ecosystem it creates. RUNO, as the title of the exhibition series taking place in the 2025/2026 season across two exhibition spaces of the Szczecin Philharmonic – the Level 4 Gallery and Art.Room symbolises an interest in subtle structures and interdependencies from which contemporary visual narratives emerge. The proposed program is built around starting points in classical media – painting and photography – or in dialogue with them. The invited artists represent a variety of creative strategies – from site-specific and bio-art to social critique. The culmination of the RUNO program will be the main event – the 4th edition of the Hunting for Painting biennale, showcasing the youngest generation of artists based in Szczecin.
